Yogurt & Homemade Granola Recipes |
| Lloyd, I hope these might help. Your book says to consume yogurt so for cost
efficiciency I thought I might let you all know how to make your own.
I use fresh goats milk, but as for most they probably use soy to avoid
pastuerized, homogonized milk.... Save 2 - 3 tablespoons of the yogurt for
your next batch. Any of the above can be played with. Just use same quantities. I like walnuts and dried apples. Syrup can be replaced with all honey. You don't really need anything but oats and honey. Add what you like. Dried cranberries are good too. Mix all dry ingredients. Mix all wet separately. Add wet to dry and moistened
completely. If you need more honey add more honey. Spread onto a cookie
sheet thinly. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes stirring once or until
golden brown. Let cool. Keep an eye on it as granola is easy to burn.
Enjoy with soy milk or goats milk or on top of yogurt.
