CHROMIUM
PICOLINATE & Enzyme Levels

One of my clients, R.L. had a problem with her Enzyme levels going up over 500 (AST, ALT).
She stopped certain items and got a blood test every week. At one point she stopped taking Alpha Lipoic Acid she bought from "vitamin shoppe". Her levels dropped 200 points in 1 week.
She started taking it again and in one week her levels went up 100 points.
The Alpha Lipoic Acid she was taking contained "CHROMIUM PICOLINATE"
I do not know if this would happen to everyone but if you have hep c
beware of this item.
